Reliv International Inc. plans to purchase one of the company’s independent distributors for nearly $2.1 million.

Michael and Julie Williams of Eureka, Mo., are selling the distributorship, according to a filing Thursday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Their business was one of the most successful Reliv franchises.

At closing, Reliv has agreed to pay the Williams $500,000 in cash and pay off $216,000 of their company’s debt. Reliv will pay them the remaining $1.3 million in installments of nearly $19,000 a month over seven years at a rate of 5 percent interest.
